1. This e-gift card can only be redeemed at the NIO Cocktails UK website (www.niococktails.co.uk) for delivery only to mainland UK and N. Ireland.
2. The gift card may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the e-gift card on payment of the difference.
3. This e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. If you do not spend the entire balance on the e-gift card the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.
5. This e-gift card has a maximum value limit of the original purchase amount.
6. Once purchased, the e-gift card cannot be topped up.
7. This e-gift will be valid for 12 months from original purchase and cannot be extended. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
8. NIO Cocktails will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards.
9. NIO Cocktails reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the e-gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the e-gift card if at its discretion it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
10. In the event of a contradiction between these Ts and Cs and those on the NIO Cocktails UK website, the Ts and Cs on the website (https://niococktails.co.uk/pages/terms-conditions) will take precedence.
